Dr. Fiona J. Kress is a licensed psychologist and health service provider in psychology. Dr. Kress graduated with her Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology from the University of Missouri-St. Louis in 1998. Prior to that, she obtained a Masters degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Sports Psychology from the University of Illinois in 1991 and did her undergraduate work at Purdue University.
Dr. Kress has worked in private practice in St. Charles, Missouri and then Indianapolis, Indiana since 2001. Although Dr. Kress’s clinical training involved working with adults, adolescents, and children, she has worked primarily with children and adolescents since 2005. She conducts psychological evaluations and therapy services with children, adolescents, and their families. She assists children and adolescents with various issues including depression, anxiety, anger management, stress management, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), autism spectrum disorder, learning problems, and behavior and relationship difficulties. She consults with teachers and school personnel about child behavioral issues and has spoken about life development issues, child and adolescent bereavement, and children’s achievement motivation.
Dr. Kress is credentialed by the National Register of Health Service Psychologists. She is a member of the American Psychological Association and Indiana Psychological Association. Dr. Kress lives in Carmel, Indiana with her husband, three children, and labradoodle.
